It makes sense in this day and age to have you harmonicas repaired. Why? Because it is cheaper, it saves you buying a new one at full cost, it sounds better than you first bought it and it helps relieve the environment of raw material needed in order to make new ones!

It is a common problem for players to buy a harmonica only to discover a week or so later that they have gone out of tune. Save yourself a lot of money, collect the faulty ones and send a few of for repair. THIS WILL SAVE YOU A FORTUNE!

If you have old or new harmonicas lying about needing repair or wish to have your harmonicas customised for better performance or different tunings, then why not send them to Cathal. For a small fee he can fix or customize them and send them back to you.

We offer various customisations and repairs too. Below are some of the services on offer. Basic costs, as each harmonica has its peculiarities:
Cleaning and sanitisation: = €5 to €7
Replacing a reed: = €10 -/+
Valving per valves: = €10 -/+
Embossing: = light €10, full €20 -/+
Retuning to different keys: = vary €15 to €35 -/+
